Delicate filled ravioli, savory gnocchi and farm fresh egg pastas….come join us in transforming simple ingredients into sublime dishes. You will feel like you are back in the old country.

Come join in on an evening centered on preparing deliciously quick meals with ingredients that make you all toasty inside. We will prepare a roasted chicken pot pie, four cheese macaroni and cheese, cream of basil tomato soup with cheddar croutons and pasta carbonara with pancetta.

As the first spring harvests of sweet corn come to market be prepared with a bounty of delicious home spun recipes. We will incorporate this favorite southern staple into delicious combinations like roasted sweet corn, shrimp and cilantro salad, white cheddar and corn pudding and corn risotto with Vidalia onion “sizzles”.
